Epic Games has revealed an interesting new character for Gears of War: Judgment‘s multiplayer called the Epic Reaper, the catch is that this character will be controlled by only one player each week.

Each week the developer will select one member of the community based on their contributions to become the Epic Reaper. The Epic Reaper has special abilities and physics so he’s not very easy to kill. Players who manage to down the player controlling this formidable foe will get a medal and a custom weapon skin. The player controlling the Reaper will get a set of custom Gears of War: Judgment dog tags.

Epic employees also have the skin available to them and killing one of them will also grant you the medal of weapon skin. You can nominate someone to be the Reaper starting now either over on the Epic forums or by using the Twitter hastag #GearsReaper.
