XL Games has announced that player-made factions are on the way to ArcheAge, just in case you hated the ones that already existed.

After the July update players will be able to select a piece of land on the northern continent and create their own independent faction. Players can then establish relations with other factions, invade another faction’s territory, and more.

Trion Worlds is planning on bringing ArcheAge to North America and Europe in 2014.
