Sony Computer Entertainment has released a new PlayStation 3 firmware update which aims to solve the issues caused by last week’s 4.45 release.
The original 4.45 update was pulled following reports of it causing crashes on a small number of consoles. Update 4.46 fixes errors relating to the XMB (XrossMediaBar) menu not displaying on a “small number” of consoles.
If you’re still having issues after updating then head on over to the new support page that Sony has set up for the 4.45 update.
