No Goblin is bringing its golf game, in which you play as a 100-foot robot, to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR.
Players can play with four people on the couch, or destroy cities online with friends. There’s also the option to activate VR for owners of the PlayStation VR. Doing so will let players ride on top of the robots while they play.
No Goblin also unveiled a brand new robot for the game called Project C.
“Whereas most robots have one (or occasionally two pilots), Project C is actually made up of five separate robots, each piloted by an adorable puppy,” co-founder Dan Teasdale revealed. “These five dogs piloting five small dog robots form together to create a golfing megadog that may actually be taller than one hundred feet tall. Surely five dogs can beat one human at the robot king?s game that is 100ft Robot Golf?”
Project C has a secret weapon called the Freesword, a mysteriously cheap light-powered broadsword that can cleave any building in half instantly. Players can press L1 to summon the sword and can then proceed to throw it at any building blocking their path with another tap of L1.
100ft Robot Golf launches October 10th for PlayStation 4.
