Sony has confirmed that PlayStation 4 will support previous generation PlayStation 3 wireless headsets.

The console will ship with its own mono wired headset in the box, which will come in earbud form. However, if players wish to they can use there previous generation wireless headsets with no need for an adapter.

Microsoft has previously confirmed that it is working on an adapter that will allow most third-party Xbox 360 headsets to be used with Xbox One.
