Fancy plugging your shiny new DualShock 4 controller into your PlayStation 3 instead of that old DualShock 3? Well you can for certain games.

In the Computer Spiele video below, presenter Udetto demonstrated the controller working with PlayStation Network title Urban Trial Freestyle on PlayStation 3. The controller was connected via the USB port. According to Udetto, the controller doesn’t work too well wireless.

Last month Sony confirmed that the DualShock 4’s basic features will work with Windows PCs out of the box, although advanced features such as the touchpad will require post-launch drivers.
