Do you love PlayStation enough to sign up for a customized VISA credit card? If so, Sony’s sweeting the pot with a deal that could net players up to two years of free PlayStation Plus access.
As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, the offer, which comes from a Capital One partnership, rewards new signees with a 12-month subscription to PS Plus and a $50 PlayStation Network code after first purchase.
When Sony launched the deal last year, there were various perks, all of which still apply with the current promotion:
- 10x points on ALL PlayStation Network purchases
- 3x points on ALL PlayStation and Sony purchases at Sony stores and Sony.com
- 3x points at quick service restaurants, movie theaters and on your mobile phone bill
- 1x points on all other purchases
Unfortunately, the limited-time deal is exclusive to the United States, which means that Canada gets left out of the deal. Sony acknowledged in their comment thread that they’re working on it and may announce something later.
