THE BUZZ: After unforeseen issues caused the PlayStation Network to go down earlier this morning, Sony just announced that those users who were experiencing issues should be able to log back in now.

EGM’s TAKE: Being the hardcore journalist that I am, I used my inside sources to confirm that Sony’s online service was indeed back up and running. By “inside sources”, of course, I mean I walked over to my PS3 and turned it on, confirming that indeed I could log in. Now, finally, I can pick up Resident Evil 4 HD for that sweet $10 price tag thanks to PS+!
