Sony has announced that the PlayStation network will be partially inaccessible this Thursday, August 22 for around six-and-a-half hours.

Routine maintaince is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. ET and will run until 9:30 p.m. ET, PlayStation Digital Platforms community manager Paul Sullivan announced.

The PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home, and Account Management will be unavailable during the window, and users are advised to sign-in before maintenance starts if they wish to continue playing online during it.
