EGM’s TAKE: Two major demos hitting the PlayStation Store this week in the form of the highly anticipated Twisted Metal and Starbreeze’s re-imagining of Syndicate. Demos can go either way for a developer, they can boost sales dramatically after players get a taste, or doom a title to failure if players are disappointed or too many bugs are discovered. The first major campaign DLC for Dead Island will also be available, adding several hours to the game and introducing the story of Ryder White, the game’s main antagonist and the reasons behind his actions.
