THE BUZZ: Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios at SCE, has confirmed that the PlayStation Vita will be region free.
Yoshida made the announcement via Twitter. When asked by a fan if the console would be region free he replied simply by saying, “Yes it is.”
EGM’s TAKE: This confirmation will probably signal a lot of overseas pre-orders in Japan.
Will you import a Vita from Japan?
