Pokemon Go

A new update to Pokémon Go is currently rolling out.

Called version 0.61.0 on Android devices and version 1.31.0 on iOS devices, this update brings a few minor tweaks to the game. The first thing players will notice is a new loading screen, finally replacing the New Year’s event art. Other cosmetic changes include a reworked scroll bar on the Pokémon collection screen, the addition of Traditional Chinese as a language setting, and everyone’s favorite, “minor text fixes.”

Data miners have gone over the latest update, but haven’t found anything hidden that isn’t mentioned in the patch notes. While this means that there likely aren’t any hidden features, it doesn’t rule out the possibility unannounced upcoming events.

The update should be rolling out to iOS and Android devices over the course of the next day.
