In a post looking back on 2012, the release of Fez, and Indie Game: The Movie, creator Phil Fish revealed plans to port his smash hit to platforms beyond XBLA in 2013.
In the post, titled “State of the Polytron,” Fish writes:
“2012 was crazy.
“But what now?
“2013 is going to be an interesting one, too.
“For one, FEZ will finally be ported to other platforms.
“Yes, i’ve heard you, dozens of people emailing me everyday telling me how much of an idiot i am for not porting FEZ to everything.”
Fez is currently available for 800 Microsoft Points ($10) on XBLA. Hopefully it will make its way to PSN, the Wii Store, Steam, et al. sooner than later.
