Sony has announced that the PS3 version of Portal 2 will be getting a new DLC campaign next Tuesday, November 6th. The expansion, In Motion, will feature 20 new test chambers designed to take advantage of the PlayStation Move controller.
The new content, developed by Sixense Studios, introduces new mechanics designed to take advantage of the Move’s capabilities, including the ability to stretch and resize objects by moving the controllers apart.
In Motion will set you back $9.99, with a special launch discount of 30% for PlayStation Plus members.
Move owners who don’t want to shell out the extra money will still be able to get a taste of motion-controlled portalling courtesy of a free patch that adds full Move support to the main game.
Sony has also released a trailer showcasing some of the new content, which you can check out below.
