Call of Duty: Ghosts’ second DLC, Devastation, will contain another cameo in the same vein as Onslaught’s Michael Myers appearance, developer Infinity Ward teased today.
A short video (embedded below) was posted to the official Call of Duty Instagram feed, depicting a a setting similar to 1987’s Predator, complete with downed chopper, ending with a shot of the near-invisible killing machine and its distinct clicking noise. Complementing all this, and cementing the cameo’s certainty, is the accompanying teaser text that reads “If it bleeds…”
In Onslaught’s Fog map, players who complete the Field Order assignment were rewarded by being transformed into Halloween’s Michael Myers. Similarly, it seems, Devastation’s Ruins map will allow one player to become a Predator.
Call of Duty: Ghosts – Devastation launches first on Xbox 360 and Xbox One April 3. Its PC and PlayStation releases will follow roughly a month later. The DLC, like the one before it, adds four new maps (Behemoth, Collision, Ruins, and Unearthed), the second episode to the new Extinction campaign, and the two-in-one SMG/assault rifle called “the Ripper.”
