Prey‘s powers and upgrades will certainly come in handy, but a new trailer shows off the more hands-on side of the survival game’s arsenal.
The new Hardware Labs trailer covers some of the weapons and gadgets players will come across over the course of the game. Several of the tools—like the Recycler Charge and the GLOO Gun—are free to be collected for the player’s loadout, but other gadgets, such as Engineering Operators, are only situationally available and must be manipulated with caution.
Previous Prey trailers have broken down the less physical side of the player’s tool kit, with looks at the alien abilities and human upgrades. Players will have to utilize the full range of options available to them if they want any hope of survival.
Prey is slated to launch May 5th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
