THE BUZZ: Konami has released a teaser trailer for its latest entry in the Pro Evolution Soccer franchise, PES 2013.

The video features Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo ascending the stadium steps making his way on to the pitch. The publisher promised a full trailer on April 24.

EGM’s TAKE: The trailer doesn’t give anything away in terms of what the game will be like, but Konami will be aiming to finally knock FIFA off the top Soccer spot with their latest effort. Every year the game has been bested by EA’s gargantuan sports title. Will this finally be the year that PES steps up?
