Team Dakota has sent out the first wave of beta invites for its upcoming free-to-play world creation experience Project Spark. If you registered your interest in the title be sure to check your email.

The closed beta is currently only available for Windows 8.1 users and will be coming to Xbox One in early 2014. Project Spark allows players to create worlds and share them with others. The game will make use of microtransactions, but the developer has promised that everything will be available to unlock without spending a single cent.

If you’re interested in joining the beta there’s still time to sign up over on the game’s official website.
