The first major Defiance patch—which hit Xbox 360 and PC April 15—should be available for PS3 players sometime today, according to executive producer Nathan Richardsson.

Posting on the Defiance community blogs over the weekend, Richardsson said the PS3’s big patch is “enroute and in final internal testing” and “should come live Monday if all goes well. The patch boasts all the same improvements to server and connection issues as its PC and Xbox 360 counterparts.

It’s worth noting, however, that Richardsson admits that this patch does not completely repair the game, and that the Xbox 360 version still has “lingering issues.”

Richardsson also mentioned that other issues, such as disappearing items, load out issues, and balancing are on Trion Worlds’ docket to address.
