PlayStation 3 firmware v4.25 is now upon us, and one of the big updates will be the long-awaited increase in cloud storage space for PS+ subscribers.
The PS3 firmware update—which Morgan Haro from Sony says “should be available later tonight” over on the Official PlayStation Blog—will bump the size of cloud storage PS3 owners get via PS+ from 150MB to 1GB. 1GB might seem a bit big in terms of storage space for game saves, but it’s far, far better than the paltry 150MB we used to get. So, I won’t complain!
