The PlayStation Network is currently suffering “connectivity issues.” The official PlayStation Twitter account has stated that engineers are currently working on the issue.
“Network update: engineers are aware of connectivity issues, are working to resolve. We’ll keep you posted – apologies for the inconvenience,” a tweet reads.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe added: “We are currently experiencing minor network connectivity issues across PSN & SEN networks. We’re looking into this, thanks for your patience.”
Over the weekend, a distributed denial of service attack took down the PlayStation Network for most of Saturday. However, it appears that this time the outage isn’t as wide spread as there are still people able to connect to the network.
