THE BUZZ: A recent survey has suggested that the PSN is twice as popular as XBLA with UK development studios.

A survey of around 100 UK studios revealed that approximately 30 are developing for PSN and only 16 are working on XBLA content. The survey created by Tiga also shows that XBLA is only slightly more popular than WiiWare.

EGM’s TAKE: Sony has a very large influence over the UK development scene with five internal game studios to its name, which could mean that the results are a little biased.
