THE BUZZ: To celebrate the launch of their highly anticipated shooter, RAGE, members of the id development time will appear to sign copies of the game at a GameStop in Mesquite, Texas.

If you’ve ever wanted to meet some truly legendary game designers, then get yourself to Texas tonight. John Carmack, Tim Willits, Matt Hooper and other key members of the RAGE team will be on hand to greet fans and sign copies of the game.

EGM’s TAKE: We’ve played the game and can’t wait to dig deeper, and we’d love to have a copy signed by Carmack, Willits and gang. But the flight to Texas cost more than the average special edition, so we’ll have to do without.
