THE BUZZ: id Software has released a huge patch for the PC version of Rage which makes a few graphical changes to the game.

The patch adds some new graphics settings including VSync and Texture Cache, and also fixes a number of driver issues and graphical bugs. You can check out the full patch notes here.

EGM’s TAKE: In a game that’s as graphically heavy as Rage these new options should certainly be useful to players.
