Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege‘s next multiplayer map takes players to the remote Australian Outback, bringing the game’s map count to 21.

The new map, appropriately titled Outback, was revealed on Ubisoft’s official Twitter account. A short video flies fans through the map’s dusty grounds and dilapidated structures, with a mechanical bull that players had better be allowed to ride.

The Outback map comes as part of the game’s Operation Burnt Horizon expansion. After being leaked last week, the DLC’s two new operators—an Attacker and Defender—were officially teased by Ubisoft. We still know very little about them, except that the Attacker will feature a device that keeps “roaming Defenders on their toes,” while the Defender’s ability will “leave Attackers at a bit of a loss.”

Siege‘s Operation Burnt Horizon does not yet have a confirmed release date, but Ubisoft will showcase the two operators at the upcoming Six Invitational on February 17th.
