Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

The three operators coming as part of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege‘s Operation Blood Orchid expansion seem to have been leaked ahead of their impending reveal.

The leak storm began with one image posted to Reddit by a reportedly reliable 4Chan leaker, depicting one of the three upcoming operators. The image didn’t provide any information on the operator outside of his design, but this initial leak was abruptly followed by a much larger one, detailing all three operators, their abilities, and their names in another Reddit thread a day later (via VG 24/7).

Assuming the leak is genuine (it seems to be, based on the image styles), the three operators are named Lesion, Ying, and Ela. Lesion was the operator leaked in the first image who, along with Ying, hails from Hong Kong, while Ela is out of Poland. The three operators’ abilities can be found below, per their descriptions in the images:

  • Lesion (Defender) — Gu: “Cloaked toxic mines injecting a compound which injures opponents and limits their speed.”
  • Ying (Attacker) — Candela: “Cluster of flash charges that can either be anchored on surfaces or rolled out as a grenade.”
  • Ela (Defender) — Grzmot Mine: “Concussion proximity mines that can be anchored on surfaces, impairing hearing and causing a dizzying effect.”

A tactical view of the DLC’s amusement park-themed map, set in Hong Kong, also leaked earlier this week (via GameRant):

Fans will learn the authenticity of these leaks when Operation Blood Orchid is officially revealed during Gamescom 2017. The expansion will launch August 29th for season pass holders. Other players will get to enjoy the expansion’s new map on the 29th, but they will have to wait a week before picking up the new operators.
