Gearbox executive producer, Randy Pitchford dropped some hints regarding Borderlands 2‘s upcoming DLC at the Gearbox Software Community Day.

During a panel at the event he told fans “to think Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.” Pitchford said that he’s “always wanted to ride a sail barge and drive a sand skiff…we’ve got some cool stuff that’s along those lines.” Nothing official regarding the DLC was announced, but these statements certainly make the imagination run wild with possibilities.

Borderlands 2 is due out tomorrow, September 18 in the U.S. and September 21 in Europe for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
