Rapper Daz Dillinger Wants GTA V Recalled or More Money For Track Use

Rapper Daz Dillinger has sent Rockstar a cease and desist order, after accusing the developer of using his music in Grand Theft Auto V without paying him royalties.

Two of Dillinger’s tracks, ”C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit,” are featured in the game. Dillinger has turned down an “offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs,” according to TMZ. After turning down the offer the rapper offered Rockstar and publisher Take-Two an ultimatum: either make a better offer, or recall and destroy all unsold copies of the game.

Dillinger explained to TMZ that his ultimatum is about ”respecting an artist’s work. Rockstar didn’t do that here and I can’t let them get away with it.” He’s given Rockstar 14 days to respond.
