Ratchet and Clank HD Collection Retail Listing Appears

THE BUZZ: It looks as if Ratchet and Clank will be the next franchise to get a HD makeover if a recent retail listing is to be believed.
A listing for Ratchet and Clank HD was spotted over at Amazon France, but has since been removed. The listing has the collection down for a May 16 release date on PlayStation 3.
Four Ratchet and Clank games were released for the PlayStation 2 by Insomniac Games, starting in 2002 with Ratchet and Clank and ending in 2005 with Ratchet: Gladiator (Ratchet: Deadlocked in the U.S.). There’s no word on how many of these might be included in the HD remaster collection.
EGM’s TAKE: It appears that Sony is continuing to comb its back catalogue in search of more money making classics that it can give a HD rejuvenation to. We beg you Sony, get onto Naughty Dog and start working on a Crash Bandicoot HD Collection. We would literally throw money at you to see that little orange marsupial in all his HD glory.
