Ratchet & Clank HD Collection Gets Release Date, Sly Cooper Demo

For fans eagerly anticipating the upcoming Ratchet & Clank Collection, Sony has now announced a release date for the game—along with a special bonus coming with it.

Set for release via PlayStation Network, the Ratchet & Clank Collection will hit on August 28th for $29.99. The collection brings together three classic PS2 Ratchet & Clank games—Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal—remastered in 1080p HD and beefed up with trophy and 3D support.

As well, as a bit of an “I’m sorry” to North American PS3 owners—we’re getting the collection later than Europe and Japan—we’ll be getting exclusive first access to a Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time demo when purchasing the collection.
