RealMyst Finally Coming To iPad, Release Date Set For June 14

Once upon a time, Myst was the most difficult and mind-bending CD-ROM game ever created. Moreover, it kicked off a whole series of adventures that essentially required you to keep a diary of clues in order to figure out the puzzles.
After quite a long wait, the updated real-time version of the classic title is finally coming to iPad. Dubbed realMyst, this version of the game is completely compatible with the touchscreen, allowing you to freely look around the 3D environments.
Back in the day, you could only navigate the island of Myst by manually scrolling up and down with a mouse, then clicking on the edge of the screen to turn. And then, you had to wait for the next screen to load.
It was a nightmare to endure, and you had to be patient with CD-ROM games. But with this newest version of realMyst, it shouldn’t take more than a few months to figure out all the puzzles from scratch (that is, if you don’t cheat).
