Release Date Announced for PC Version of Wizorb

THE BUZZ: The PC version of Jonathan Lavigne’s Breakout-esque Wizorb finally has an official release date. That date? November 7th, when the game will go on sale via GamersGate. Mac and Linux ports are in the works, but no dates have been announced for those just yet.
EGM’s TAKE: If you’ve never heard of Wizorb, now’s a good time to learn what you’ve ben missing. Lavigne—creator of hit indie PC game Ninja Senki—collaborated with pixel artist Paul Robertson—you might know his work from the recent Scott Pilgrim game—to create a fantastic new title that mixes block-breaking action with traditional adventure/RPG elements. The game was recently released on the Xbox 360 via the Xbox Indies program, and it’s an amazing amount of fun for a paltry $3. If you’re into games like Breakout or Arkanoid, but with a twist, I can’t recommend it enough.
