Remember Me Launch Trailer Establishes Tone, Premise

Posted on June 4, 2013 AT 11:01am

The obligatory launch trailer for Capcom and Dontnod’s cyberpunk action-adventure debut, Remember me, is very much inspired by film trailers, and does a pretty honest job at establishing the game’s tone and premise.

If you’re new to Remember Me, this trailer is a pretty great way to get familiar with the universe, fiction, and general feel of Remember Me as a game. The gist? It’s 2084, a megacorporation has commoditized memories, and you play as a memory hunter turned fugitive pulling on the threads of a conspiracy at the heart of which lies the aforementioned megacorporation.

Remember Me is—as of today—available on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
