Halo series and Destiny music composer Martin O’Donnell has filed suit against his former employer, Bungie, over unpaid vacation time, paid time off, and more, GamesBeat reports.

In both the lawsuit and on Twitter shortly after his termination on April 11, O’Donnell claims his firing was “without cause.” In addition to the accrued payments owed, O’Donnell is settling personal matters between himself, Bungie, and company president Harold Ryan in arbitration.

O’Donnell’s lawsuit was filed last month, On May 1. In response, Bungie filed a claim denying the allegations on May 27. The legal documentation pertaining to the suit can be viewed at GamesBeat.
