Capcom has announced the official release date for a new batch of DLC which brings three new gameplay modes to Resident Evil 6—but players on one console will be getting it before players on the other.
The DLC will be available from December 19 and features three modes—Predator, Survivors, and Onslaught—priced at 320 Microsoft Points each or all three for 720 Microsoft Points. What’s the price for PS3 owners? We don’t know yet—because, when this DLC hits, it’ll be a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360. Boo.
Predator supports up to six players with one playing as the B.O.W Ustank taking on five humans. Survivors also supports up to six players with the difference being that once you die you respawn as a member of the enemy team, last player standing wins. Finally Onslaught sees two players going head-to-head defeating waves of enemies, the catch is that getting high combos will send enemies over to attack your opponent instead of you.
Capcom also announced that a new patch will be released December 18 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, adding a co-op partner for Ada Wong’s campaign and a new “No Hope Left” difficulty.
