The bundle will contain Resident Evil 5 Alternate Edition along with HD remakes of Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica for 5,490 Yen. The compilation is set to release March 15 in Japan for PlayStation 3.
EGM’s TAKE: Hopefully this isn’t what the nohopeleft.com viral campaign was referring to, because if it is then it will be a major letdown for a lot of fans. The viral campaign surfaced yesterday and features a number of images containing graffiti of the phrase “no hope left,” and the “o”s shaped like Biohazard symbols. This sent the Internet into a frenzy with the major belief being that the campaign is for Resident Evil 6, after the adverts were linked back to Capcom these rumors were strengthened. Resident Evil’s 15th Anniversary celebrations take place tomorrow in Japan so expect this bundle to be officially announced then, and maybe a surprise Resident Evil 6 announcement? We can dream.
