THE BUZZ: Capcom has announced that the Xbox 360 version of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will have an exclusive multiplayer mode.

Nemesis is a competitive multiplayer game mode that sees the USS compete against the Spec Ops in an eight-player battle. Here’s the twist, whichever team can locate the Nemesis control unit can command the big hulking mutant from Resident Evil 3, ordering him to kill the opposition.

It will be available on release day priced at 320 Microsoft Points.

EGM’s TAKE: Yet more day one DLC, which is not going to make fans happy. But seeing as said DLC allows you to control the one and only Nemesis we feel we can forgive Capcom this time. For those that remember playing the PSOne classic containing Nemesis, arguably the scariest gaming moment was hearing S.T.A.R.S growled on those Police Station stairs before Nemesis jumped through the window in Resident Evil 3.
