Resident Evil

Capcom producer Masachika Kawata announced during Sony’s pre-TGS press conference that Resident Evil Revelations 2 is set to launch in early 2015.

Originally the title was announced for PlayStation 4 during the event, but Capcom later confirmed that the game will also be coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. According to Capcom, Revelations 2 will feature a fresh set of faces and a new setting.

The existence of the game was outed last month when a single image and box art for the title appeared on Xbox.com.

A teaser trailer for the game was released (above), but no actual gameplay was shown. Kawata promised that more information about the title would be revealed at the Tokyo Game Show, and that a playable demo would also be available at the show.
