Titanfall

Respawn Entertainment today posted a brief overview of Export, one of the three new maps coming to Titanfall in its second DLC pack, Frontier’s Edge.

“The nearby mines fueled this large Militia settlement, an important exporting hub built on the side of a mountain that recalls the gold rush boom-towns from centuries earlier,” reads the post on the game’s official website. “Overshadowed by a massive armature that controls an offshore lock system for marine transport, Export caters to close-quarter, house-to-house combat for ground troops.

“Pilots use this to their advantage by using quick wall-hops on the close structures to gains peed and height, then engage enemies from the low rooftops. Titans can lock down sections of the town by leveraging natural choke points, and often fight up a steep incline that leads to a commanding view of the town below.”

Respawn Entertainment will be playing Titanfall’s new Frontier’s Edge maps live on Twitch next week on Wednesday, July 23.

Titanfall’s second round of DLC is expected to drop either mid-August or mid-September for $9.99 if purchase separately or free with the $24.99 season pass that nets players the previously released Expedition maps, Frontier’s Edge, and the third yet-titled DLC pack.
