Fans of the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi film can get an early look at two of the film’s costumes through a pre-order promotion for this year’s Star Wars Battlefront II.
The image promoting the pre-order bonuses was posted to Gamestop Ireland’s website, finally revealing in full what Kylo Ren and Rey will assuredly wear in the upcoming film, considering the images are labeled as “movie production stills.” Rey is dressed in what looks like Jedi robes, alluding to her training with Luke Skywalker teased in the film’s trailer, while Kylo has seemingly abandoned his trademark hood and mask.
On top of these stylish new looks, pre-ordering will net players epic ability modifiers for both characters. Each Hero gets two modifiers based on their respective force abilities, and one modifier based on their respective ships.
Neither of these Heroes played a major role in the game’s recent reveal due to its focus on the single-player campaign, but the confirmation that the game’s multiplayer would encompass all three Star Wars eras could allow for more hints about the film to be discovered in the game. New details on game were recently spilled by developers on Twitter, although there weren’t any The Last Jedi details mentioned.
Star Wars Battlefront II is slated to launch November 17th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Fans can check out The Last Jedi the following month, coming to theaters on December 15th.
