Rock Band

Want a new Rock Band game on PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, or the previous generation of console games? Maybe you should fill this survey out and tell Harmonix as much.

The survey, conducted through always reliable SurveyMonkey.com, is short, but clearly designed to gauge remaining player interest in Harmonix’s peripheral-peddling smash hit. Questions include how often players still pick up their plastic Rock Band guitars, how often they purchase DLC, what they even still own, what systems they play on, and—most importantly—what players would be most interested in: new DLC, a new next-gen/current-gen/whatever Rock Band, or a new Rock Band on the now old, “legacy” consoles (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii).

I’m not so sure this survey indicates that a new Rock Band is in the works, but it could be Harmonix’s next project in a post-Fantasia: Music Evolved world. This, of course, no doubt depends heavily upon the interest being gauged through the survey. So if a new Rock Band is indeed something you’d like to get your hands on, speak up. By clicking.
