Rocket League

Rocket League now has more than 50 million players worldwide, developer Psyonix has revealed.

The developer recently released its major progression update for the game that overhauled the leveling system with the addition of new rewards and introduced the Rocket Pass. Similar to Fortnite Battle Royale’s Battle Pass, the Rocket Pass gives players a new way to earn cosmetic items.

This update will be followed next week with the Season 9 Update, which kicks off the game’s ninth competitive season, and the Hot Wheels Triple Threat DLC Pack. Season 9 sees the introduction of ranked play for Rocket League‘s casual game modes: Dropshot, Rumble, Snow Day, and Hoops.

Rocket League is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
