Rocket League

Update 1.45 is now available for Rocket League on all platforms, bringing with it a brand new map for players to compete on.

The map in question is Salty Shores, a new seaside-themed map set on the beach. Salty Shores is available now in all playlists alongside a night variant of the Wasteland map.

As well as this new map, players can pick up their rewards for the seventh competitive season, including new banners and goal explosions based on performance. Of course, the end of Season 7 also signals the start of Season 8, meaning that a soft skill reset has been implemented. As a result, players will need to complete 10 placement matches in each playlist to recalibrate their rank.

Finally, the “Impact” crate has been introduced alongside a number of new banners, decals, and toppers. Take a look at the full patch notes here.

Rocket League is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
