Rockstar has acknowledged issues with its Social Club and recently released iFruit app, and has promised to resolve them as soon as possible.

Users have reported issues with logging in to the Social Club and iFruit app, as well as data being reset and endless loading spinners while using the app.

“We are aware of these issues with Social Club or related networking hardware/services and have been working to resolve them as quickly as possible,” the developer said on its support page.

“Please note that we are aware of some reports about problems with the iFruit App (available on iTunes), such as login errors, endless loading spinners, and the app appearing to reset data. Rest assured that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.”

The iFruit app became available shortly before the release of Grand Theft Auto V and allows users to customize cars–to pick up in-game–and to reserve custom license plates for GTA V and GTA Online. The app also allows users to care for Chop the Dog, Franklin’s pet. Treat him well and he’ll find hidden items when you take him for a walk in GTA V.

You can download the iFruit app here. Check out what Josh Harmon had to say about GTA V in our review here.
