Rocksteady Not Finished with Batman Arkham Series

THE BUZZ: Rocksteady’s Dax Ginn disclosed that Arkham City won’t be the last Batman game from Rocksteady and the series will continue as long as there are stories to tell.
When asked by CVG how long the team at Rocksteady could keep up the quality work they’re doing, Ginn replied, “Man. That’s really tough. I mean I think as long as we’re still enjoying it and as long as we feel we can contribute to the Batman universe… That’s how it feels. There’s some amazing stuff going on with Batman all around the world at the moment and we feel as though we’re making our own little contribution in the form of the Arkham-verse. So as long as we’ve got stories to tell. So long as we feel we can do that and do that really well.”
“I don’t know what’s going to happen in the future but right now I feel like we’re in a real sweet spot with the games that we’re making, the opportunities that we have so I don’t really want that to change,” he added.
EGM’s TAKE: Arkham City is shaping up to be a Game of the Year contender, and if every game from Rocksteady follows this trend then long may it continue.
