RUMOR: Assassin’s Creed III Launching on PC After Consoles
Posted on June 25, 2012 AT 05:22am

A new report claims that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed III will not launch alongside its console counter-parts on October 30.
According to a promotional image sent to Eurogamer, by a publishing source, the PC version will launch November 23. This wouldn’t be the first time that an Assassin’s Creed PC title has suffered a delay. The PC version of AC: Revelations was delayed by a month, and AC: Brotherhood launched March 2011 after a November 2010 console release.
Many fans believe that these delays are a result of piracy concerns, however Ubisoft has never admitted this. In a statement made to Eurogamer the publisher simply said, ”The Windows PC release date is still to be announced.”
It’s not a conformation, but Ubisoft never denied the date either.
