THE BUZZ: Ubisoft’s mythical creature known as Beyond Good & Evil 2 has been slated for a release on the next generation of consoles by officials, but this may not be the case.

A report in the latest issue of Xbox World magazine claims that, “some sources are saying we’ll see it this generation rather than next.”

EGM’s TAKE: The question is Ubisoft just covering themselves in-case they don’t make the cut this generation, or are they aiming to launch a surprise on us at some point?
