An image has appeared online of what is reported to be the Kinect 2 development tool in action.

This image comes from the same source that leaked the Durango dev kit pictures last week, which have been confirmed genuine by several industry insiders. Twitter user “Superdae” posted the picture up, which shows the development tool recognizing items of clothing and even individual fingers.

Microsoft is yet to comment on the leaked image, but it will probably respond with the usual “do not comment on rumor and speculation” line.
