THE BUZZ: Some brand new details regarding Dead Space 3 have apparently leaked online, telling of a schizophrenic Isaac who is haunted by his shadow self.

Siliconera claims to have received a new batch of details about the unannounced game. According to it Isaac is sent to the planet Tau Volantis in order to rescue a woman and return her to Mars, he grudgingly accepts the mission as there is a warrant out for his arrest. He now has a split personality with “Shadow Isaac” appearing as a separate character on-screen taunting him at every opportunity. Finally Isaac will come into contact with a Marker artifact from the first two games.

EGM’s TAKE: Changing Isaac’s personality is a brave move by the developers especially making it appear as if he’s gone mad. Only time will tell if this is a clever decision.
