THE BUZZ: A number of images have appeared online showing an Xbox Live member purchasing a one year membership to the Call of Duty: Elite service. According to these images, the service will cost $49.99 a year or alternatively you can pay with 4000 Microsoft points. These images were sent to the TTG website by an unknown source, so their legitimacy is questionable at the moment.

EGM’s TAKE: $50 is a lot of money to throw down for the average Call of Duty player who won’t get much use of the services premium features.
